I am a retired nurse and midwife of 30 years and during that time I have explored and been interested in many modalities of alternative health and energy medicine. These include Reiki (I am a Reiki Master), massage, foot reflexology, numerology, palm reading, Soul Mastery, Conscious Gateways and other energy work. Through all this learning and exploration, along with life experience, I have come to understand that everything is energy and sound frequency is definitely an energy that can provide benefits to the human being.
